CLASSES

Ages 5-7: Beginner Level Jiu Jitsu (4:15-5:00 PM)

Ages 8-10: Bully-proof and intro to Jiu Jitsu (5:00-5:45 PM)

ADULT Class (includes Teens): All Levels Jiu Jitsu (5:45-6:45 PM)
